In this case, the eyeshadow that is used the powder one. I uses eyeshadow as the steady ground for the eyeliner that I will put on. It also works as absorbant for the oil that has yet to come.
If I don't want too standout eye makeup, I will use lighter color, like ivory or light brown.
Any color works fine, whichever suits your condition or liking.

I have 3 types of eyeliner in my makeup pouch. Pen liner, liquid liner, and gel liner.
I use liquid the least because it doesn't suit my eyelid shape, so mostly she will pick pen or gel. In this step, just put and shape your liner in your liking. Cat eyes, puppy eyes, double lines, etc etc.
